Living In Mastery - The Essentials

Embodied Coherence, Personally and Collectively

Course Syllabus Return to Overview

Overview

During this Virtual Retreat will explore three essential themes:

Personal Presence

Collective Resonance

Aligning with the Shift occurring at all scales

Through the lens of these three essential themes we will cultivate our capacity for present moment awareness—the foundation of Living in Mastery. We will explore the torus energy flow that surrounds and sustains us and we will take an authentic look at the quality of our attitude and how it effects our environment - internally and externally. From this place of presence we will contribute to, and harness, the energy of the group field to empower us to dive deeper. Then as a unified whole, we will align our awareness with the momentum of the shift that is occurring at all scales and come into coherence with the fundamental energy of life itself.

This retreat will shift the lens though which you perceive and engage in the world. It will be both practical and cosmic, grounded as well as expansive. Our focus will be simple, fundamental and question led. We will be guided more by direct experience than theory. It will be your choice how deep you take this process. The level of your commitment and participation will have an impact on the whole group and the energy generated by the group will contribute to your process.

We will have fun and we will get real with ourselves and each other. We will get present to truth of what is and make a conscious choice to respond generatively from there. We will grieve and honor what is falling away and celebrate and welcome what is emerging. We will seed 2012 with love and presence and set a new course for our lives.

It is my prayer that this retreat will inspire you to stand with your heart wide open in the face of whatever comes and fuel you with unbounded hope.

“Teresa is a truly inspirational and dynamic facilitator. After 35 years in teaching, workshop leadership and design and project management, I can honestly say I have never seen one person able to gather, coordinate and inspire a large group of people in the way that Teresa can. She certainly re-inspired me in my own work as I‘m sure she will in yours.”
